You’ll spend the majority of your time on the phone, talking to our customers, so you must have a good ability to build rapport over the phone. Enthusiasm is vital, because your last customer of the day should receive exactly the same great experience as your first.

Previous customer service experience is great, but what’s more important is attitude, work ethic and great communications skills. Being able to multitask is a must as you will be completing a wide range of varied tasks throughout the day.
You must have a confident and positive telephone manner, excellent communication skills, along with great listening and computer skills including MS Office Suite
Experience with the coffee industry or passion for coffee would be preferred but not essential.

Location: Avonmouth, Bristol, UK.
Position Period: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
Salary: Dependent on experience.
