Originally created for Mayfair’s Chesterfield Hotel, this blend proved so popular that Canton Tea Co had to add it to their range. A luxurious blend of Assam from India, Yunnan black tea from China, vanilla pod from Madagascar and cocoa nibs from Peru is served daily with the Chesterfield’s famous Afternoon Tea.
Smooth, rich and malty with Assam, the Yunnan black adds fruity notes of plum, sweetened by pure vanilla and beautiful chocolate notes of cocoa. Simply the perfect afternoon tea.
Brewing guide (loose leaf):
Use 1-2 teaspoons of tea per cup (200 – 250ml)
Water should be at approximately 95°C (203°F)
Infuse for 2 – 3 minutes then strain
