This year’s Christmas Coffee is about harmony, balance & festive flavours. The holiday season is a time of hustle and bustle, in amongst the busy shops and crowded car parks.
We want you to take some time out, pause, relax and enjoy a warm mug of coffee that is packed with Christmas flavour.
This coffee is picked and brought to the newly built Kinini Washing Station, where the cherry’s are sorted, de-pulped and fermented between 5-20 hours. The beans are then sun dried for an average of 15 days.
The busy Kinini Washing Station helps process coffee from over 600 farmers, and the Kabuye lot is situated on the south facing slopes of the Rulindo district. The farm has the perfect terroir for growing coffee and is neighboured by numerous Cup of Excellence winning lots.
