Take a moment, wrap up warm and indulge with a Christmas brew. This year’s Christmas Coffee is about harmony, balance & festive flavours. The holiday season is a time of hustle and bustle, in amongst the busy shop and crowded car parks. We want you to take some time out, pause, relax and enjoy a warm mug of coffee that is packed with Christmas flavour.

This year our coffee comes from Don Luis Eduardo Campos whose farm is located in Tarrazu, Costa Rica. The unique lot is anaerobically fermented and this process starts with handpicked mature coffee cherries.
The coffee is de-pulped and put in stainless steel tanks with all its mucilage, which, in the absence of C02, develops a unique series of acids which when dried, translates to unusual & complex flavours.
