We are delighted to offer another lot from Mauro Riccetto, a descendant of an Italian family who came to Brazil in the early 1900s. Alongside coffee, his family farm grows rice, corn, and other crops for subsistence. Mauro has a rich generational history of agriculture and continues to practice everything he learned from his grandparents.
This naturally processed red catuai is patio dried before being sent to the tulha (wooden boxes) where it rests for a few days before being processed. This lot combines the sweetness and nutty flavours we expect from good quality Brazilian coffees along with more complex malic acidity that makes this coffee so unique.
