Beautiful Chinese green tea infused with only fresh Jasmine blossoms.
Most Jasmine tea is artificially scented, but not this one. Chinese Mao Feng green tea from Fujian Province is infused with hand-picked jasmine petals over several nights to give a heady, floral scent and sweet flavour.
This Jasmine tea is great with food. Also makes a great iced tea, served with a slice of lemon or lime and some fresh mint.
Use 1-2 teaspoons of tea per cup (200 – 250ml)
Water should be at approximately 80°C (203°F)
Infuse for 2 – 3 minutes, then strain
