Robust, malty and sweet tea blend with traditional spices gives a pleasant kick. Great with milk and sugar or honey.
Canton’s own Chai blend is an aromatic mixture of herbs and spices on a base of organic Assam tea.
The smooth Assam black is blended with cinnamon, ginger, orange peel, green cardamom, anise seeds, black peppercorns and cloves to create a perfectly spiced infusion. Great drunk on its own, sweet and comforting when finished with milk and honey.
Use approximately 1 teaspoon of tea per cup (200 – 250ml)
Water should be at approximately 95°C (203°F)
Infuse for 3 minutes then strain
