DESCRIPTION

Before we release a new coffee or if we are adjusting roast parameters we run multiple test batches to get it tasting just right. It may not be perfect but this coffee is too good to waste. We don’t specify what coffee you will get but it will be one of our delicious single origins that rotate throughout the year.

Please be aware that our sample roast coffee is a surprise selection and may have been roasted 10 – 30 days prior to delivery. Rest assured, it will be delicious!
