Returns & Cancellations
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
Subscriptions
On the rare occasion where a months coffee does not arrive on a gift subscription we will be happy to offer either a replacement coffee or add an additional month to the subscription if this information is communicated within 28 days from shipping day.
In the case of recurring subscriptions the option of a suitable replacement coffee or a refund will be applied where an instalment doesn’t arrive, provided this information is communicated within 28 days from shipping.
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders on the same day, for roasted coffees the cut off is 11 am for same day roasting and shipping. Our flat rate of £2.95 for all orders (up to 2kg) is on the Royal Mail 24 parcel service* delivered within the UK. VAT may be added depending on the tax status of your order. Coffee is 0% VAT.
International deliveries are calculated on a exact weight basis and send by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service.

Additional Terms
Any orders placed through the site are processed, subject to there being stock available.
All dimensions and weights are approximate.
We have made every effort to ensure that all products are accurately reproduced on our website.
All prices and offers shown are correct at time of ordering. However, you may find a different price should you look on our site at a different time.
We reserve the right to adjust the rate of VAT within each price quoted if the rate varies from 20%.
All orders must be paid for in £ sterling.
Regrettably, at the present time, we are unable to ship orders to the Channel Isles or Republic of Ireland.
