Delivery & Returns
Orders received before 8am will be shipped same-day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 8am will be shipped the following business day.
Our business hours are Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm). All orders are roasted, packaged and sent on the same day if ordered before 8am. All orders placed after 8am are shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 8am will be shipped on Monday.
Production & Delivery Schedule
Roastery is open between the hours of 0800 - 1700 (Monday – Friday) excluding Bank holidays.

Coffee is 0% VAT. Equipment pricing shown on our website is inclusive of VAT.
Click & Collect, once your order is ready, we’ll notify you via email to pickup from our roastery.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next working day delivery, including Saturdays for many postcodes, with a delivery window often between 7am and 9pm. While the service strives for next-day delivery, it is not a guaranteed timeframe and can occasionally take longer, especially with redirections.
Returns & Cancellations
We pride ourselves on sourcing, roasting and supplying the worlds finest specialty coffees, while we want you to be completely happy with your order, coffee is a consumable product we’ll only replace or refund coffee if it’s faulty or damaged.
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time, the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund.
