The Barista Skills Professional course is designed to test advanced skills and detailed knowledge of the science behind being a barista. The baristas will be able to create their own brew recipes, adapt brewing parameters to a desired strength and extraction, confidently describe flavour notes of an espresso and produce milk drinks to the highest quality standard. 

Please note that an ‘SCA Learner Number’ will be required to book the course.

If you’re not already registered with the SCA, you can register as a learner for free here.

Once you’ve booked your course with us, our AST trainer will enrol you onto the course via the SCA website to complete the certification & exam application.

All you have to do is accept the course invitation via your SCA account before the course date!

The total price includes the class fee, exams, certification & AST fees. We look forward to seeing you on the course!

All SCA classes start at 9:30am & finish at 4:30pm at our Roastery.
