Our Single Origin Organic Cocoa offers a premium experience with high-quality, ethically sourced cocoa from farms in the north of the Dominican Republic. Unlike typical cocoa processing methods, ours involves fermentation and drying for consistency, followed by expert roasting to maintain a balanced flavour profile. Our cocoa remains un-dutched to preserve flavours and antioxidants, avoiding the artificial chemical processing used in dutched cocoa. Combined with British Beet Sugar, grown sustainably in the UK for a lower carbon footprint, and Cornish Sea Salt harvested from Cornish waters, our blend contains only natural ingredients.
