Students are expected to have a detailed understanding of their ingredients and of the techniques available to maximise the quality of the drinks made. They should be able to manage the skills of others to produce quality drinks and provide excellent customer service, as well as be able to maintain their equipment to ensure continued quality.
Please note: Bookings can be cancelled up to 10 working days prior the course date and full refund will be issued. £50 charge for late booking cancellation or no show.
Due to COVID-19 regulations, no more than TWO trainees can attend a session. Upon arrival, temperatures will be checked, hands sanitised and visitor forms completed. Face masks will be mandatory in certain parts of the courses, unless you would feel more comfortable to be equipped for the duration of the courses.
