Due to COVID-19 regulations, no more than TWO trainees can attend a session. Upon arrival, temperatures will be checked, hands sanitised and NHS QR codes scanned. Face masks will be mandatory in certain parts of the course, unless you would feel more comfortable to be equipped for the duration of the course.
For SCA Courses we’d heavily advise taking a test upon arrival, these are available if you’d feel comfortable to take one, but please 20mins earlier prior to the session for this.
Please note: Bookings can be cancelled up to 10 working days prior the course date and full refund will be issued. £50 charge for late booking cancellation or no show.
Students are expected to have a detailed understanding of their ingredients and of the techniques available to maximise the quality of the drinks made. They should be able to manage the skills of others to produce quality drinks and provide excellent customer service, as well as be able to maintain their equipment to ensure continued quality.
