Designed to introduce the professional into the core skills and equipment required to produce great brewed coffee. The course tests the ability to navigate the coffee brewing control chart and understand how to plot in required points. You also will understand lipids in coffee and the impact of acidity.
Please note: Bookings can be cancelled up to 5 working days prior the course date and full refund will be issued. £50 charge for late booking cancellation or no show.
Due to COVID-19 regulations, no more than TWO trainees can attend a session. Upon arrival, temperatures will be checked, hands sanitised and visitor forms completed. Face masks will be mandatory in certain parts of the courses, unless you would feel more comfortable to be equipped for the duration of the courses.
