The Barista Skills Foundation course gives the baristas an introductory understanding of coffee and the skills needed to set the grinder, make espressos, texture milk and create all espresso-based drinks. Good customer service and health and safety practises are implemented whilst working to the SCA quality standards. 

Please note that an ‘SCA Learner Number’ will be required to book the course.

If you’re not already registered with the SCA, you can register as a learner for free here.

Once you’ve booked your course with us, our AST trainer will enrol you onto the course via the SCA website to complete the certification & exam application.

The total price includes the class fee, exams, certification & AST fees. We look forward to seeing you on the course!

All SCA classes start at 9:30am & finish at 4:30pm at our Roastery.
