Sourced from smallholder farmers in Yirgacheffe and naturally processed at the Lalesa drying site by Ephtah Coffee, this lot delivers exceptional consistency and balance. Hand picked, sorted and dried on raised beds for 12–15 days, it offers a rich sweetness and syrupy body that shine in every cup.

Grown between 1800–2000m, these native heirloom varieties flourish under the shade of Enset trees, supporting both biodiversity and tradition. Ephtah’s Commitment empowers producers through training, pre-financing, and access to quality infrastructure; building stronger communities and better coffees.
We chose this coffee for its warming notes and festive depth. It reminds us of sweet amaretto, floral clementine and beautiful spices used in mulled wine. A comforting cup that feels right at home during the colder months, celebrating the care and craft of Ethiopia’s rich coffee heritage.
