It’s nearing that time of year where we shut our doors and give our staff a well-deserved break for the holidays.
So, here’s all the info you need to ensure your coffee arrives in time for Christmas!
To ensure that your coffee has the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas we recommend ordering before Friday the 17th of December. We will be roasting and shipping up until the 22nd of December with Next-Day services available, however, with COVID delays continuing to linger on top of the usual end-of-year postal demand, we can’t guarantee that these orders will arrive before the big day.
We will be roasting and shipping up until Wednesday the 22nd of December. So depending on where your subscription falls, you may not receive your order before Christmas Day. If you would like us to amend your shipment to offer the best chance of it arriving in time for Christmas, please get in touch with us at email@example.com before Thursday the 16th of December, and we can move your next shipment forward. We’ll be back in the roastery on Tuesday the 4th January 2022, where normal service will resume.
Wholesale orders need to be placed before 10am on Monday 20th December for same-day production and delivery before, or on the 24th of December. We will re-open for production and shipping on Tuesday the 4th of January 2022.
White Label Production:
The last White Label Production Day is Monday 20th, so all orders need to be placed by 3pm on Friday the 17th December. White Label production orders can be placed over the Christmas period but will not be produced until Tuesday the 4th of January 2022.
